This session explores environmental requirements, system design, plant zoning, and long-term care strategy. Required: Design consultation fee applies and is credited toward approved projects. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies Booking Policy All Living Wall & Conservatory Project Consultations are by appointment only. A 90-minute paid advisory engagement is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Consultations are reserved exclusively for one project, location, and client. Availability is limited to ensure a high level of personalized advisory service. To maintain the quality and discretion of our work, we accept a limited number of project consultations per month. Scope of Consultation Each consultation is tailored to the project details provided during intake. The advisory session covers one living wall or conservatory project per booking. Additional locations, expanded scope, or extended time may require a separate engagement or follow-up advisory. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled consultation may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted with 72 hours’ notice. Additional reschedule requests may require a new booking. No-Shows Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full advisory investment. Our advisors reserve dedicated time for each project; late cancellations limit our ability to accommodate other clients. Late Arrival Policy Consultations will conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time without adjustment to the advisory investment. On-Site Consultation Policy On-site consultations require confirmation of location details in advance. Travel fees, minimum engagement thresholds, or site access requirements may apply. Client is responsible for ensuring full site access at the scheduled time. Waitlist Policy When consultation availability is fully booked, clients may request placement on a priority waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be contacted should an appointment become available. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee availability. Priority may be given to existing advisory clients and retained partners. Payment & Advisory Investment All advisory engagements are non-refundable once initiated. Payment secures the reserved time, expertise, and preparation of the Botanical Advisor.
