Service Description
Let our expert designers visit your space to understand your vision and provide bespoke conservatory design recommendations that perfectly blend European aesthetics with modern functionality. A comprehensive design consultation led by our Botanical Design Director. This session includes an in-depth review of your space, design direction, feasibility assessment, and preliminary plant strategy. The consultation fee is credited toward your project when you proceed with an Exotic Roots installation. Duration: 60–90 minutes Location: Virtual or On-Site (based on project scope)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements All Corporate Botanical Advisory services are by appointment only. A paid advisory engagement is required to confirm your booking. Appointments are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Advisory engagements are conducted virtually or on-site, depending on scope. Consultation Scope: Each session is reserved exclusively for the client and tailored to the submitted project details. Additional time, locations, or follow-up beyond the booked session may require a separate engagement. To ensure the highest level of service, we accept a limited number of advisory clients per month. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted with 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedule requests may require a new booking. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled advisory session without notice will result in forfeiture of the advisory investment. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent engagements. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without adjustment to the advisory investment. On-Site Engagements On-site advisory services require confirmation of location details in advance. Travel fees or minimum engagement requirements may apply. Client is responsible for ensuring site access at the scheduled time. Waitlist Policy This subtly reinforces exclusivity. Waitlist Availability When advisory availability is fully booked, clients may request placement on a priority waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the event of a cancellation. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee availability. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. Advisory investments are applied to the reserved time and expertise of the Botanical Advisor.
